    MNT can support a wide range of needs, including diabetes, cardiovascular health, digestive concerns, PCOS, weight management, disordered eating, and more.

    I am credentialed to accept insurance in Connecticut and Virginia, and I can see clients in many other states via secure virtual sessions.

    Gain a deeper understanding of your health beyond the number on the scale. The InBody Scan provides a comprehensive breakdown of your body composition—including muscle mass, body fat percentage, water balance, and segmental distribution—in just minutes.

    This quick, non-invasive test gives you accurate, data-driven insight into how your body is changing over time. Whether you’re focused on fitness goals, weight management, or overall wellness, your results will help you track progress and make informed adjustments to your lifestyle or training plan.

    Scans can be booked as a standalone service and repeated periodically to monitor progress. We offer standalone scans as well as scans with a report interpretation.

  • NOURISHED with Aurora (coming January 2026)

    Find the support, structure, and accountability you need to reach your goals—with a community that gets it. This 3-month group coaching program is designed specifically for women who want to lose weight in a sustainable, science-based way—without the overwhelm or restriction.

    Each participant receives personalized macro targets and realistic meal ideas to fit your preferences and lifestyle. You’ll also get access to a private group chat for daily support and motivation, weekly live group office hours to check in and ask questions, and a monthly 15-minute 1:1 session with me to review your progress and fine-tune your plan.

    Together, we’ll focus on building habits that last—so you can feel confident, strong, and in control of your nutrition long after the program ends.
